Orders

We will validate the order and payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout.

Meadowbank Pharmacy Limited reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the relevant product is known to have abuse potential.

If your order passes our validation checks we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. All transactions on this site will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

Product Availability

Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Meadowbank Pharmacy Limited does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Routine Security Check

Meadowbank Pharmacy Limited reserves the right to contact the purchaser of an order to confirm the validity of delivery details supplied and we will perform security checks on any orders that raise a security alert based on purchase type or level. Meadowbank Pharmacy Limited reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be fraudulent, suspicious or where we have reasonably held concerns regarding the legitimacy of the order.

Promotions, product range and prices may differ between Life Pharmacy Meadowbank and Life Pharmacy stores.

Products featured are not shown to scale. Only one gift per customer in gift with purchase offers. Free product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced item purchased in ‘3 for 2’ or ‘Buy one Get one Free’ offers. Half price product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced product purchased in Buy 1 Get 2nd Half Price offers.

All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

The Terms and any order placed on this web site are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
